District Administration Bongaigaon extended warm welcome to the Asssm Mountaineering Association team who had recently successfully scaled the worlds third highest peak ..Mount Kangchenjunga (Elevation: 8,586 metres). Sri Bhaskar Baruah and Sri Jatin Nath , the summitter duo were felicitated in an elegant function organized by Deputy commissioner, Bongaigaon in association with District Sports Association, Bongaigaon. The felicitation ceremony was also attended by SP, Bongaigaon, Distinguished Guests, members of Veteran Sports Association & Students of the prominent Schools of the Bongaigaon town.
